Your role:

An exciting opportunity has arisen to be part of the opening of a new Pan Asian and Sushi concept located in the iconic Portland Building on University Park.

We are looking for people who are passionate about food and delivering great service for every customer. You proactively go out of your way to exceed customer expectations and can see you review the Restaurant from the perspective of a customer.

You will have a positive approach to providing excellent customer service and are a colleague that the team look forward to working with. You build strong relationships with others to accomplish tasks and shared goals. You will have an eye for detail and be key to delivering the exceptional operational standards particularly at busy service times. You should also have experience in a similar role or environment have excellent customer service skills and will be flexible to work a range of shifts including weekends.

Hours of work

This position is offered on a permanent basis. Hours are part time (20 hours per week), 5 days out of 7 to be arranged worked mainly Monday to Friday with occasional Saturdays' between hours 11am - 6pm for 52 weeks of the year. Flexibility will be required.

The successful candidate will be expected to attend the Estates and Facilities training courses which will run each day, Monday to Friday mornings on the first week of appointment. Further details will be given at interview.
