Placements and Employability Manager (Academic Partnerships)

The Graduate Outcomes and Enterprise Directorate are seeking to appoint a Placements and Employability Manager to lead the Academic Partnerhips Placements and Employability Team which works to ensure our partners placement led activity meets quality and reporting standards, whilst enabling our partners to effectively deliver on sourcing, promoting and authorising placements within the Leeds Trinity University (LTU) framework.
Additionally this role will roll out aspects of the LTU Careers+Placements provision in collaboration with other directorate managers to support partners to effectively implement initiatives which will enable our students to achieve positive graduate level outcomes. The post will also act as the key point of contact for our partnership network in the space of Graduate Outcomes and ensure smooth communication between the Graduate Outcomes and Enterprise Directorate and partner representatives.
The successful candidate will have a track record of establishing effective working relationships with a range of stakeholders along with experience in administrative systems and processes to track, record and manage high volume activity. Candidates should be skilled in managing a range of projects and initiatives, working collaboratively to achieve institutional and partner goals.
