We are looking for an experienced HR Project Manager to set the aspirations and pace of our many future fit projects. You will be able to demonstrate a proven record of developing, managing, leading, and delivering significant projects within agreed timeframes. Naturally, there will be the opportunity to partner with other colleagues within the HR Division and throughout the University to ensure we are one team.
About you….
With your experience in HR and its Policies, you will use your Leadership skills to direct, plan, and manage Projects that focus on our Academic Career Framework, improving our pay and terms & conditions, EDI and OD projects designed to achieve our ambition of becoming an Employer of Choice. Ideally you will have a Degree in Project Management or the equivalent experience in HR. Having a Level 7 CIPD Qualification is desirable, but we will consider candidates with a Level 5. If you have the required experience in the field and are highly organised, have excellent time management skills then we want to talk to you! Furthermore, being knowledgeable in Microsoft Office and its Applications is vital, as you will need to collate, analyse, and present data and updates to the Leadership Team and key Stakeholders.
