Following the launch of UAL Arts Temps Ltd in April 2021, UAL's in-house recruitment agency, the team are looking to expand. This is an exciting opportunity to join the business as it plans for growth.
Arts Temps currently manage over 8,500 jobs a year, with a small team of 5. This role is fast paced and requires an individual with a keen eye for detail and a genuine interest in recruitment compliance.
As a Compliance Coordinator, you will be a key point of contact for compliance matters, offering guidance and administrative support. You will be responsible for delivering comprehensive compliance related administrative processes across different areas of the business, ensuring that all compliance activity is undertaken in accordance with internal procedures and adhering to the relevant regulations.
About you
Experience of working in recruitment is essential, as is experience of using an ATS or CRM. The successful candidate will have worked previously in a fast paced, regulated environment.
Organisation skills are paramount, the successful candidate will have experience managing a demanding workload with conflicting priorities, alongside being able to convey complex information to a variety of stakeholders.
