Full Time- Fixed term for 12 months
As an industry-focussed institution, Wrexham Glyndwr University seeks to be sector-leading in its effective engagement with industry and to strongly support the regional economy.
The Innovation Liaison Officer be part of the university's Enterprise Team and will provide a key role with the experience, and appropriate skills to advise, develop and deliver against the University’s Enterprise KPIs, focusing specifically on the developing relationships with new and existing industry partners who are looking to create and develop innovative products and processes. The role will also support the team in developing further industry links and projects to support the university's North Wales Growth Deal project which will see a new Enterprise Engineering Centre built on the Wrexham Campus.
The role will be varied, interesting and enable the role holder to be part of many important knowledge transfer and innovation projects with industry.
Ability to communicate in Welsh is desirable.
