About The Job

The End User Computing Services Manager oversees a technical team that provides management and support to desktops/laptops, mobile devices, printer management. The successful applicant will be responsible for maintaining the technology to an appropriate standard, conducting maintenance, optimising performance, installing new devices, and troubleshooting faults across the university’s IT landscape. They will also lead investigation and implementation of new technology to improve service delivery.

The Smarter Working arrangements for IT Services allow non-frontline staff to work two days in the office and three days remotely, if you would like to, providing increased flexibility, greater freedom and autonomy.
