We have an exciting opportunity for a Development Engineer, with knowledge of Dry Fibre technology, to join our Composite Centre team at the Advanced Manufacturing Research Centre. The AMRC is well-known nationally and internationally for its great research and innovation, providing impactful solutions for business of all sizes. We are looking for candidates with a passion for engineering and composite technology to join our team of highly skilled and knowledgeable people.
As a Development Engineer you will contribute to the research objectives of the Composite Centre team, primarily through delivery of industrially focused world-leading research and development projects, as part of a team of engineers in an exciting and dynamic environment. You will have the opportunity to use state-of-the-art equipment and techniques to deepen your knowledge in the composite field and progress as engineer.

The Composite Centre team focuses on producing and machining composite components, including hybrid parts combining high-performance metals and composites in a single structure. These structures can provide significant weight savings while maintaining the highest material and structural performance, offering improved fuel efficiency for aerospace and other transport applications.
