We have an exciting opportunity for a Student Experience Assistant, you will provide high quality front-line customer service to students and staff in the School within the Student Experience Team. You will share responsibility with other team members for being the first point of contact with enquirers in person, by phone and email, dealing with day-to-day queries, resolving problems and issues, and signposting and/or escalating issues to colleagues as necessary. You will provide administrative support for a wide range of tasks relating to the delivery of an excellent student experience, working proactively as part of a team dedicated to this purpose.
