The Transformation Office is responsible for driving complex change initiatives that will have a profound impact on both University operations and ways of working. The Transformation Office will enable the University to achieve programme outcomes and is focused on developing and delivering projects with a user-centred approach and is committed to improving the student and staff experience.
Working on a key strategic initiative, you will work with the Lead Programme Manager, Executive Sponsor, Business Lead, and other key stakeholders to apply leadership, programme, project and change management skills to deliver and embed successful change. We currently have multiple opportunities available across our diverse portfolio, including research, student education and corporate transformation projects.
As a Senior Project Manager, you must be able to demonstrate significant experience of delivering concurrent, complex projects. You have strong communication and influencing skills with the ability to balance priorities, and succeed through cooperation and collaboration with others. You will be able to articulate and embed the benefits of change management methodologies; collaborating with other change specialists across the University.
