We are seeking an enthusiastic team player to join the University Library’s busy and expanding Research Engagement team. You will provide support for the team’s Open Access services including the publications repository, CentAUR.

The Research Engagement team supports the University’s researchers with publications advice, research data management, bibliometrics and digital humanities services and it leads the University’s Open Access and Open Research agendas.

The post holder will

  • Support researchers in achieving Open Access in the University’s Institutional Repository, CentAUR
  • Share in the team’s administration of Open Access funding
  • Assist with the Research Engagement team’s programmes of activities, including training and events 

You will have

  • Strong organisational and written skills
  • Familiarity with library databases and catalogues
  • Experience of data input or editing
  • A high level of attention to detail and the ability to work methodically
  • Commitment to a high standard of user-focused service delivery
