We are looking for an inspirational and talented colleague to join the Business & External Engagement (BEE) team at Oxford Brookes Business School. Sharing the Portfolio Development Manager role with an existing colleague you would join the Business & External Engagement (BEE) team with responsibility for identifying and developing new opportunities for working with external clients and partners on behalf of Oxford Brookes Business School.
This is a permanent, part time post available for up to 17 hours per week as a job share.
You will lead the delivery of revenue growth and through your leadership of developing relevant new products and services, be instrumental in raising the profile of Oxford Brookes Business School within the local area and nationwide.
Applications are invited from experienced managers with a background in Training and Consultancy, ideally within a similar HE organisation, with proven organisational, communication, team and project management skills. You will have the ability to prioritise and manage competing demands, good IT skills, with ideally experience in market research and external engagement.
You will be an excellent communicator with first class interpersonal skills, and as a team player you will have an enthusiastic and positive approach to work.
Working directly to the Head of Business and External Engagement, you will join an expanding team of dedicated staff working on a wide range of projects and initiatives.

Candidates are usually appointed at the bottom of the salary range with a step pay increase until they reach the top of the salary scale.
