Applications are invited for the permanent part-time (.4FTE) post of Specific Learning Differences (SpLD) Adviser working in Disability Services, Student Support and Wellbeing, Student Services and Administration. It is essential to the role that candidates have practical experience of working with SpLD students within post-16 education and knowledge and understanding of the impact of a range of SpLDs on students’ learning and experience of studying in higher education. Candidates need to be educated to UK degree level or equivalent.
The ability to communicate through the medium of Welsh is desirable for this post.
This role will be located on campus at Bangor. Through our Dynamic Working framework, there will also be the option to spend some time working remotely (although remaining in the UK) to support work life balance, which will be discussed further with candidates at interview.
The successful candidate will be expected to commence as soon as possible.
