The University is currently launching a Strategic Workforce Programme to address two of the University's top people priorities to enable us to attract, recruit and retain.
The Strategic Workforce Programme will therefore comprise two workstreams:
While these two workstreams will effectively be managed as two separate projects, the development of the career pathways and job families will be aligned to any new arrangements for pay.
We are therefore looking for two Programme Coordinators for the three year period of design and delivery phases of the Strategic Workforce Programme. This is a large complex programme in terms of scale and reach, and complexity touching all members of staff.
Reporting to the Programme Manager, the Programme Coordinators will assist with project management activities (planning, budgeting, resource management), co-ordinate various programme activities (both internal and with key stakeholders), advising the programme team on individual plans, milestones and deliverables and ensure that the programme runs as efficiently as possible.
Educated to HND, HNC, level 4/5 vocational qualification or equivalent level of practical experience, you will have extensive administrative experience, excellent planning and organisational skills and experience of communicating with people at all levels.
This is an exciting role to make a real difference to some of the top people priorities for the University. Apply today to join us!
Informal enquiries are welcomed and should be directed to: Miranda Carr, Organisational Development Consultant - miranda.carr@admin.cam.ac.uk.
