Middlesex University is a global university with campuses in London, Dubai and Mauritius. We create knowledge and put it into action to develop fairer, healthier, more prosperous and sustainable societies. Everyone is included in our community of students and staff, which has over 160 nationalities represented.
We would like you to join this vibrant community and have a new role within the Academic Quality Service, based in north London, for a Quality Enhancement Manager (Apprenticeships) to join our team.
You will lead the day-to-day support for the operation of quality assurance and enhancement procedures at Faculty level, and will also act as lead on the enhancement and monitoring of the University’s quality systems for Apprenticeship programmes.
You will therefore liaise closely with Faculty colleagues and the University’s Centre for Apprenticeships and Skills to ensure that quality assurance and enhancement processes and policies relating to all programmes are implemented, monitored and reviewed.
As well as acting as a point of contact for academic staff and managing quality committees, you will manage and Officer a number of in-house and/or collaborative validation and review events. You will also line manage a member of administrative staff. You will have experience of higher education quality procedures, including validation and review processes and using student management information systems such as Banner.
