We have an exciting opportunity to join our growing team of EDI and Organisational Development professionals who are working to put our people at the heart of everything we do. The role is based within the Human Resources department, specifically in the Organisational and People Development team at our Kings Meadow Campus and will be offered on a hybrid basis. 

In the role of EDI Adviser you will design and deliver projects, events and interventions that will underpin the successful delivery of our staff related equality, diversity and inclusion (EDI) priorities. Reporting to the EDI Manager you will focus on supporting the delivery of our HR EDI plan and the People and Culture strategy.

You will be passionate about EDI and you will have proven experience of designing and delivering EDI focused, people development initiatives to support the effective implementation of strategy. You will have experience supporting EDI charters and you will deliver initiatives designed to foster an inclusive and equitable work environment. Your work will help ensure we embrace diversity, advance equality, and cultivate an inclusive culture where all employees feel valued and empowered

This opportunity is offered on a permanent basis. Hours of work are full time (36.25 hours per week); however, applications are also welcome from candidates wishing to work part-time (minimum 33 hours per week). We offer hybrid working arrangements with blended approach of home and office working each week.
