We are inviting applications for a Student Support Coordinator role to join our Education Centre Professional Services Team in the School of Medicine.
We are seeking an enthusiastic team player who has the ability to work independently and as part of a team. You will be friendly, proactive and self-motivated and not fazed by frequently changing priorities and demands. We are expecting that you will have been educated to A Level or equivalent with English and maths at GCSE or equivalent OR substantial relevant work experience.
In this role, you will co-ordinate, support and oversee the delivery of a range of general administrative activities and projects. Implementing systems and processes to support our staff and students as appropriate.
You will manage a variety of relationships with a range of stakeholders, regularly handling confidential information. Liaising with central support services, academic staff, students’ union and the wider programmes team, you will be key to ensuring the smooth delivery of key student support systems and processes. We will provide full training on all aspects of the role for the successful candidates.
This post is primarily based at the Education Centre, in the Queen’s Medical Centre at Nottingham, however you will be asked to travel to other University of Nottingham Sites.
This post is offered on a permanent contract. Working hours are full-time (36.25 hours per week); however, job share arrangements may be considered.
