Salary: The starting salary will be from £37,099 up to £54,395 per annum in
Grade 7/8, depending on qualifications and experience.
We seek to appoint enthusiastic, collaborative, high-performing staff members to contribute to our expanding policing provision. We invite candidates from various professional and academic backgrounds, including policing, criminology, and other social sciences.
The postholders will contribute to developing and delivering the programmes in the Faculty of Social Sciences and Education. The ability to teach core areas across all levels is essential. We welcome applications from candidates who have a PhD in a related area of study or the equivalent in professional expertise and experience and who have a passion for Policing and delivering an excellent student experience. The ability to work as an effective team member and provide high-quality teaching across undergraduate and postgraduate levels is essential. Ideally, the candidate should be research active with a track record of publications commensurate with their career stage.
These posts will provide ideal opportunities to support the further development of these areas of provision at Leeds Trinity University, contributing to teaching on our developing programmes in Policing, Investigations and Criminology. These posts will be subject to a West Yorkshire Police vetting check.
