The mission of the entrepreneurship team is to deliver a comprehensive programme that develops entrepreneurial mindsets and supports innovative, purpose-driven UCL graduate startups.
You will join a small, collaborative and innovative team of 8 FTEs who are passionate about entrepreneurship and committed to excellence in customer service.'
About the role
We are searching for an individual excited by entrepreneurship to join our specialist team who support our popular extracurricular programmes. Our purpose is to encourage the development of entrepreneurial mindsets and the creation of high quality UCL graduate startups.
This role is specifically to develop our successful mentoring programme to take it to the next level by expanding relationships with our Hatchery alumni network and develop new ways of working together with our thriving entrepreneurial community for mutual benefit.
This is a full-time role and you will be able to work flexibly - 2 days from home and 3 days from the office.

About you
The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate their project management skills and ability to communicate with different stakeholders either internal or external to the university. They should also be data driven and can analyse data to feed into improving projects performance and processes. They will have the ability to work effectively without compromising conflicting deadlines.
