JBS Executive Education Limited (JBSEEL) is part of the Cambridge Judge Business School (CJBS) and a wholly owned subsidiary of the University of Cambridge. Executive Education provides world-class education programmes that deliver real world impact and comprise a portfolio of open programmes (courses) and a substantial suite of custom programmes, with formats of delivery that range from live-online to asynchronous online, and in-person.
The role holder will have a focus on supporting either the delivery of open enrolment or custom executive education programmes. However, there is a requirement for all our Programme Managers to work across both the Open and Custom functions on occasion.
The role holder is responsible for the detailed end-to-end project management of programmes designed for senior executives from local, national, and global organisations and our local, national, and global corporate partners. This includes planning, development, delivery, and follow-up of on-site, online, or live online delivery. Our programmes range from highly interactive short courses through to longer, more complex programmes and events for several hundred participants.

This role would suit an experienced project management professional ideally with formal project management skills. You must be able to effectively lead a project team, holding project team members and yourself accountable for assigned deliverables. You must be able to work with academics, senior decision makers and company executives, have an enthusiasm for working across cultures and meeting people, and be willing to “go the extra mile” when necessary to ensure the needs of clients and stakeholders are met. Excellent skills within communication, accuracy, attention to detail, negotiation, budget holding, working under pressure and customer service are essential.
In return, we offer a salary within the range of £32,000-£37,000 per annum with annual bonus and generous annual leave. Flexible working arrangements such as working a proportion of time from home are available. This is a hybrid role, so the successful applicant will be required to attend our offices in Cambridge for a minimum of 3 days per week.
