Working across the University and with internal and external EDI and learning and development specialists, the postholder will work to combine existing institutional knowledge with newer insights to help create and trial the tools to support culture change. We are seeking someone with experience of delivering EDI training and an academic background that provides them with insight into people development and organisational change e.g., Human Resource Management, Learning and Development, Work Psychology, Organisational Development, etc.
The postholder will have excellent facilitation skills with credibility at senior levels (academics and professional services) and a good knowledge of the whole learning and development cycle, including training needs analysis and evaluation. A good understanding of the Higher Education sector, and the challenges and opportunities faced by the University in creating a more inclusive environment is also essential.
