Are you an experienced Project Coordinator ready to make a significant impact in a dynamic academic environment? This is an exciting opportunity to play a crucial role in supporting Chelsea, Camberwell, and Wimbledon (CCW) Colleges’ Head of College / Pro-Vice Chancellor and Dean of Academic Strategy in delivering strategic direction projects within their portfolios.
As a primary support function within the College Executive group, you will take charge of coordinating all planning activities and working groups throughout the projects. Acting as a central liaison between the University and the College, you will actively participate in planning meetings and foster collaborative relationships with colleagues to plan and support programme and project events.
You will also play a pivotal role in supporting the development of project documentation, planning briefs, and risk registers and preparing reports. Your involvement extends to supporting the development of project management tools and capabilities by building a repository of project templates, reporting documents, registers, business cases, and process maps to aid colleagues in understanding how to initiate and deliver projects at CCW.
We are looking for an individual with a proven track record of project / senior administrative support, with expertise in monitoring and coordinating multiple strands of linked activity within large organisations. Your experience in working within a change programme environment and involvement in project implementation and operational delivery will be essential.
You should possess proficiency in MS 365, including Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, SharePoint, OneNote, and Excel, alongside a willingness to learn new systems. Demonstrable experience in complex stakeholder management, coupled with a collaborative approach to working within a team and across different professional groups, is highly desirable.
