As the Director of Organisational Development & Change, you will report to the Deputy Chief Operating Officer and will provide strategic leadership for the development and delivery of our university-wide Organisational Development strategies, plans, projects and activities, driving forward a high-performing, engaging and inclusive culture at Loughborough.  

You will inspire, develop and lead not only the OD & Change Directorate but you will work across the University to drive forward innovative University-wide high-performing learning, development and performance management frameworks and approaches that enhance performance, and that adapt to the changing needs of our workforce; ensuring that we effectively evaluate the impact we are making. You will understand the importance that effective change management plays in driving sustainable improvements.   

You’ll need significant experience of leading the development and implementation of Organisational Development and Learning & Development strategies within a complex organisation, including experience of devising/implementing strategic organisation-wide cultural change programmes that span multiple stakeholder groups. In addition, you will have a track record of strong influencing and engagement skills at all levels of an organisation, including gaining the confidence of senior staff and committees.
