Context of the Role

The Faculty of Biology, Medicine and Health has three Schools, each of which has six academic Divisions. Each School has an Operations team comprising of Professional Services (PS) staff who provide operational support to the School’s administrative and academic activities.

The post of Divisional Administrator is a post that will assist the Divisional Senior Administrator and Divisional Operations Manager with the day to day running of the operational area. The Operations team works closely with other business areas across the School, Faculty and the University to ensure continuity of service provision. Working to the highest standards, you will deliver day to day operational activity, supporting the School’s reporting responsibilities as well as contributing to and undertaking business improvement tasks and initiatives. The Operations team are required to work collaboratively and collegially to share best practice and take a proactive approach to ongoing personal and professional development.
