About the role

The My Sussex System Consultant will support the day-to-day operation of the product that falls within the scope of Division for the Student Experience business use, providing an escalation point for support activities for staff, monitoring and maintaining systems, and enabling the delivery of applications services that provide high levels of availability and quality of service.

The Consultant will be responsible for the technical maintenance of the product providing day to day system administration aligned to the Divisional business requirements including configuration, security or permissions and system expertise.

The post holder will take appropriate action to pro-actively investigate problems, ensuring they are fully recorded and escalated through established and appropriate methods, and establish and implement approved resolutions and preventative measures. Delivery of enhanced training materials developed against user requirements.

The post holder will provide expert advice and insight within relevant specialist area to help to address problems, make recommendations and propose improvements to maximise efficiency and effectiveness.

About you

We are looking for applicants with demonstrable experience across a range of technical service delivery including front line user support and relevant training development and delivery. It is essential that you have an applied and theoretical knowledge and understanding of MS Dynamics and related products.

Ideally, you will be educated to degree level or have the relevant working experience. You will have a proven track record of Business Analysis & Process Mapping with an aim to improve and develop processes. You will have the skills to manage your own workload and at times, support other colleagues. You will communicate clearly with the team, line management, & stakeholders.
