About the role
We're seeking an experienced, enthusiastic Senior Programme Officer (SPO) who is passionate about supporting online learning postgraduate programmes. In this role, you'll play a pivotal part in ensuring the smooth delivery of our portfolio of online programmes at King's Business School.
Your primary responsibility will be to provide day-to-day administrative support for our online programmes, collaborating closely with academic and student support teams to guarantee a seamless student experience. Your commitment to educational excellence will shine through as you navigate digital learning systems and champion online learning methodologies.
As a crucial member of our team, you'll offer vital support to both students and academics, serving as a central point of contact for queries and issues related to our online modules hosted on the Moodle virtual learning environment. Your role will involve managing module content, organising webinars, resolving technical issues, and fostering effective communication among students, faculty, and stakeholders.
In addition to your administrative duties, you'll take the lead on various activities including content publication, assessment management, and maintaining accurate student records. Your contribution to assessment boards and your role in ensuring adherence to schedules and plans will be invaluable.
Joining our Digital Education team at King's Business School, you'll also have the opportunity to engage in technology-enhanced learning projects aligned with our educational strategies and King's Vision 2029.
