This is a fixed term appointment for 12 months

We have an exciting opportunity for a proactive Client Relations Manager (Maternity Cover) to join our team to make a significant contribution to the development of LSE’s executive education programmes.

The focus of this role will be to recruit participants for our one-week, on campus open enrolment programmes – a growing portfolio of courses in subjects like leadership, finance, economics, management, public policy and more. They attract a global audience of senior leaders from the private and public sectors. We are looking for someone who has the ability to build rapport with and meet the expectations of these senior professionals.

LSE Executive Education is a commercially driven team that has ambitious plans to grow our portfolio of programmes, building on LSE’s reputation as a provider of first-class executive programmes. The programmes form an integral part of LSE’s mission, enabling the School to widen its impact by delivering LSE’s world class research and teaching to a wide audience. They also represent valuable revenue sources for the School, generating critical funds to invest in teaching and research activities. All our programmes operate in increasingly competitive markets, both in the UK and abroad.

The Client Relations Manager role would suit a target-driven individual who is thrives in a fast paced environment and is comfortable working in an innovative and tenacious way to ensure the programme continues to develop and grow. Candidates should have the following key attributes:

  • Ability to have impactful conversations with prospective students via video call, phone and email as needed.
  • Proven sales experience, ideally of executive education or other high-value products/programmes
  • Proven experience of effective partnership working with senior academics
  • Highly professional, flexible and committed to going above and beyond the remit of the role to achieve and exceed targets
