Job description
We are looking to appoint a Placement Coordinator with a strong administrative background. The focus of this role is to provide co-ordination and administrative support for the provision of student placements across the School’s clinical programmes. Previous experience in higher education and student experience would be beneficial but not essential.
Good communication skills are essential as the successful candidate will work closely with academic and clinical colleagues, placement providers and students. This is a key role for an expanding portfolio in the area of Allied Health, which requires an individual with a genuine interest in providing a positive student experience who has the ability to understand complex processes and regulations and form relationships with a variety of internal services and external companies. As the team expands, the successful candidate may be asked to supervise additional administrative staff whilst working flexibly and effectively to prescribed deadlines.
