Job Description
We are currently seeking a Registry Data Administrator to join our dedicated and specialist team, supporting the transformation of the student data journey to deliver the highest service and administrative standards in line with the University’s Data Assurance Policy.
About the Role
As our Registry Data Administrator, you will provide administrative support to a number of change projects, new ways of working, and process improvements within Student and Registry Service. You will support the processing and management of data within the SLC attendance system, ensuring accurate reporting and compliance with service level agreements. You will process Attendance Confirmation Reporting (ACR) data, handling Change of Circumstance (CoC) submissions, and managing inquiries from students, staff, and external agencies.
You will liaise with various university teams to support the introduction of the Lifelong Learning Entitlement (LLE), set up new course provisions, and maintain data quality. Additionally, the role includes advising colleagues on SITS-related queries, supporting the online Chartered Management Institute (CMI) system for MBA students, and performing key administrative functions. Excellent customer service, organizational skills, and the ability to work collaboratively are essential.
About you
You will have 5 GCSEs at Grade 4/C or equivalent, including English and Mathematics, and A-level education. You will have experience using computerised systems, ensuring data quality, and providing excellent customer service. Key skills include strong communication, attention to detail, organisational abilities, and proficiency in Microsoft applications.
You will be able to prioritise workloads, work under pressure, and collaborate effectively within a team. A positive, proactive attitude, flexibility in handling various tasks, and maintaining a calm and helpful demeanour during busy periods are essential.
