About the role
The Innovation & Entrepreneurship Manager for the Imperial Enterprise Lab’s WE Innovate programme is responsible for delivering this flagship entrepreneurship programme, specifically designed to support women entrepreneurs at Imperial. The programme is entering a new and exciting phase, and this is a perfect opportunity to join and help shape the future.
As the Innovation & Entrepreneurship Manager you will be responsible for supporting the delivery of Imperial Enterprise Lab’s activities including one-off events, workshops and programmes for our community of enterprising students, recent alumni, and post docs. This includes leading on our well-known flagship initiative WE Innovate, a 6-month long programme for women-led startups.
You will be part of an energetic and passionate team who support the growth of new entrepreneurial ideas from our talented science, engineering, medicine and business students and post docs. This role will allow you to take the lead on a range of activities to support the development of early-stage ideas and their acceleration into commercial ventures. Now in its 11th year, the College plans top scale WE Innovate through the launch of a National Programme, the post holder will play a pivotal part in designing the programme, securing partners, funders and managing the consortium of university partners.

The College is currently trialling a Work Location Framework until early 2023. Hybrid working may be considered for this role and the role holder may be expected to work 60% or more of their time onsite, with 40% the minimum time spent onsite. The opportunity for hybrid working will be discussed at interview.
