The University of Roehampton is recruiting to the role of Admissions and Applicant Experience Manager.
This is an exciting time to join our dynamic and developing team.
This role is ideal for someone who has recent Admissions experience within a management or supervisory role, or someone looking to develop their professional experience and thorough knowledge of admissions in a first step into management.
The successful candidate will lead a team of admissions professionals, across several key areas of the department’s function. They will also take responsibility for system operations with our new admissions management system – CRM Recruit/Banner - as well as existing systems – QL, Salesforce, CAS Shield, SharePoint, etc.
Key responsibilities will include delegating work to Admissions Officers, monitoring progress against targets and KPIs, reporting to senior Admissions management, managing systems access and updates, delivering training and presentations.
The successful candidate will have skills and experience in HE applications processing, making decisions, being responsible for an admissions process.
