Are you looking for your next challenge? We have an exciting opportunity for a talented individual to join us as a Service Delivery Analyst. Are you looking to use your skills to help mould and develop this new role across IT Services and Service Delivery & Support and bring data interrogation, reporting and service improvement into our teams.
Based in the Service Operations team, the role will be focused on managing Reporting from multiple data sets, Acceptance into Service of new and enhanced products, the control and management of Service Performance, Quality, efficiency and Continuous Improvement of applications and services across ITS Functions and the wider University.
The Service Delivery Analyst role will be responsible for analysing service performance, service level agreements, continuous improvement and reporting.
Bringing together Service Management & Analyst experience, working across Problem, Incident and Change Management, this is an ideal opportunity for a talented, driven individual to make the next step in their IT and Service Support career.
The role will initially operate across internal ITS functions of Product Delivery, Business Relationship Managers and Networks, who provide services and applications across the University. The role holder will be responsible for managing stakeholder relationships, improving services, improving customer satisfaction, reporting on and addressing performance and metrics.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone to develop into this new role, especially with a passion for Service first culture and promoting a continuous improvement ethos.
You will need to be able to demonstrate strong team working skills, combined with excellent communication and computer skills.
