We are seeking an enthusiastic, dedicated member of staff to work with us as a Technician on a permanent basis.
Job Purpose:
We are seeking an enthusiastic person to support us in delivery of our practical activities within Motor Vehicle and Mechanical curriculum. If you have proven experience of practical technical ability in Motor Vehicle or Mechanical, you might be this person, and we would like to hear from you. Working with other technicians and on your own, you will support lecturers by ensuring materials and apparatus are available for use by students in Motor Vehicle and Mechanical workshop activities. This includes working in the relevant programme team to build relevant apparatus and provide demonstrations to colleagues and students, as necessary.
The successful candidate will be highly motivated and able to plan and complete their work to departmental objectives. They will also have a passion to support students to learn.
