We have an exciting opportunity for a Professional Course and Student Recruitment Team Administrator to join our new Professional Course Student Recruitment Team within Marketing, Communications and Student Recruitment.
Working as part of a professional service, you will be committed to providing an efficient and effective enquiry and admissions service for applicants and enquirers for courses with specific professional body requirements, for example Health Professional, Workforce Development, and Initial Teacher Training Courses.
You will work with a range of stakeholders to arrange interviews and ensure that required checks are completed as part of admissions processes for example, Disclosure and barring service (DBS), occupational health and overseas police checks. You will combine your experience of providing excellent customer service and your knowledge of administrative processes in relation to the enquirer and applicant lifecycle.
With GCSEs in English and Maths at Grade C/4 or above, or equivalent, and excellent IT skills, including Microsoft Word, Outlook, Teams, and Excel, you will have attention to detail, excellent organisational and team-working skills together with the ability to communicate with a wide range of business stakeholders. You will also be able to work on your own initiative and establish effective working relationships at all levels.
We offer an excellent employment package including hybrid working, blending a mix of remote and on-campus working (dependent on work duties).
One post is a fixed term appointment for 12 months, however, as the post is linked to a maternity absence the end date is subject to change.
