An exciting opportunity has arisen for a highly motivated individual to join the Global Programmes and Study Abroad Team, part of UEA Global, within the Admissions, Recruitment and Marketing division. UEA Global staff are responsible for promotion of the University and encouraging the best international students across the world to consider studying at UEA at all levels of study.
You will provide proactive, high quality and efficient administrative support to UEA’s study abroad partnerships and visiting student recruitment. This includes administration of exchange and study abroad agreements, enquiry coordination and maintenance of databases, logging and monitoring survey and mobility data as well as supporting websites upkeep. The Study Abroad Partnerships Coordinator also supports promotion of UEA with its partners and assists with reviewing office processes and procedures.
You will have two A levels at Grades A-E and five GCSEs at Grades A-C (including Mathematics and English) or equivalent qualification or experience in a similar role. Strong organisational, interpersonal and communication skills are essential as is the ability to manage a varied workload in a high paced environment. Recent experience of working in a similar administrative environment is also essential.
This post is available from 4 November 2024 on a fixed-term basis for ten months to cover for the secondment of the existing postholder. We will consider full or part time working hours between 0.8 and 1.0 FTE.
