The Postgraduate Career and Professional Development Team at Bayes Business School design and deliver the timetabled and credit bearing career management and employability skills curriculum, corporate engagement schedule and Student Business Clubs.
This role is responsible for employer engagement activities to maximize global job and networking opportunities by building relationships with relevant organisations. Students include FT MBA, EMBA, MEMBA, GMBA, (current students and alumni).
Candidates should have a proven background in developing new and existing partnerships with organisations in the UK and internationally. Ideally from working in a business school (MBA level) or recruitment background or an in-depth understanding of these areas. Essential skills are business development, client management, communication (including presenting) and event & project management. Insights into the global job market and the desire to support students' career progression is welcomed.
