About the Role
For informal enquiries, please contact Roberta Wooldridge Smith (Director of Student Opportunity) at r.wooldridge.smith@warwick.ac.uk.
Warwick has a well-established international business development function and highly-regarded international employer engagement programmes with the SE Asia region. We are seeking to continue to enhance support to students from India and working increasingly with organisations offering graduate roles in that region. You will contribute to the further enhancement of international employer engagement activity, working alongside colleagues from international recruitment, international strategy and relations and our alumni relations team to create sector-leading provision for the benefit of Warwick students.
We will consider applications for employment on a part-time or other flexible working basis, even where a position is advertised as full-time, unless there are operational or other objective reasons why it is not possible to do so.
About You
You will be an experienced business development specialist, with a track record of engaging and developing highly productive relationships with employers worldwide. Contributing knowledge of the SE Asian and Indian graduate recruitment markets, you will lead a team developing and delivering large-scale events and successful physical and digital co-curricular programmes for Warwick students alongside those from our international partners. Experienced working across multiple University functions you will use recruitment and Graduate Outcomes data and student feedback to inform the strategic development of business engagement in specific international markets and further enhance Warwick students’ attractiveness to graduate recruiters.
