About the role

We are seeking a Curriculum Data Manager to work closely with relevant stakeholders across Imperial to ensure programme and module data is correctly reflected in the student records system: Banner® by Ellucian and our Admissions System, Imperial 360.

Do you have a strong track record of data management in an educational setting?

This should include solid experience of inter-departmental communication and a solid experience of Excel.

What you would be doing

Working alongside senior curriculum staff and the Head of the Curriculum Data Management, your role will be to develop and implement processes to ensure the accuracy of curriculum data

You will also be responsible for the management of two staff and  the maintenance of institution, programme, module and assessment data within Student Records Systems. This data will include fields to support internal and external reporting requirements as part of CMA, OfS and HESA compliance.

  • Demonstrable experience maintaining definitive records or complex information and keeping track of updates and amendments.

  • Experience of working in a dynamic and collaborative environment.
  • High levels of accuracy, consistency and attention to detail.
  • Good analytical problem-solving skills.

Further information

This is a full time, open ended post.   

Registry staff will be relocating to a new Professional Services Hub in White City in spring 2025. The role will be based at the new hub.  Staff are expected to work a minimum of 2 days per week on campus.
