About this role
Are you looking for a role where you can help us deliver on change and make a difference to the student and staff experience?
We are looking for someone to lead on change and continuous improvement activities and who is comfortable working in an environment with technical experts and business process owners and practitioners. This role will initially be embedded in our strategic project to implement a new student information system (SIS), leading on a range of activities that will help prepare us for this change including communication and engagement, training plans and supporting our future user community to embrace the new. As the SIS project transitions to business as usual, so will this role, and we expect the postholder to help make evolution part of our ways of working with the new SIS.
About you
You’re an excellent communicator who is compassionate and can tailor activities to the various groups we work with. You will have the opportunity to put your influencing and negotiation skills to good use, helping us to be ambitious and empowering teams to deliver our services efficiently and effectively to support the student journey. You will take the lead for various ‘business as usual’ projects, using your planning and analytical skills to help shape our work to meet UWE’s objectives and inform decision making.
