Welcome to a payroll and pensions advertisement, this function sits within Finance and we responsible for payroll all kings’ employees, there are currently approximately 10,000+ staff.
This role is looking for a high precision of payroll quality and to deliver a service that collaborates with the payroll administrators and the wider finance community
We are situated at Lavington street with most of the professional service staff.
About the role:
The primary function of the role is the provision of high-quality payroll services together with supervision of the Payroll Administrators within the Payroll Service team.
This post will provide team leadership to 4/5 Payroll Administrators and may be asked to support other team leaders and their Faculties.
The role holder will form and maintain strong working relationships across Finance, HR & other areas of the university that their allocated faculty relates too, they will be required to visit other campus to maintain relationships, support administrators on their allocated faculty campus with sending over correct information. They also ensure that all reporting is checked, and the number of hours employees have worked is calculating the wages and salaries accurately.
