About the role
To deliver the University’s Strategy 2030, we have created an enabling programme of work, focusing on evolving our workforce to realise reinvestment opportunities, empower agility, facilitate efficient and adaptable ways of working, and ultimately support our people to deliver on the University’s strategic objectives.
This role will facilitate our delivery of the HR elements of the various Enabling Strategy 2030 programme workstreams by providing partnering and technical expertise to plans for creating workforce efficiencies, agile working practices and the review, design and implementation of new operating models and organisational structures.
The role will work alongside the HR Partnering team and our small HR Change team, sharing good practice into the effective design, analysis and implementation of good workforce planning, and providing practical, hands-on support.
We are seeking to recruit a highly credible, innovative HR Change expert with the ability to proactively work alongside senior organisational leaders. You will have significant experience of developing successful change cases, articulating drivers for change and engaging a wide range of stakeholders. You’ll preferably have both generalist and HR change experience from working in complex and challenging organisations and ideally will be confident in providing thorough organisational design or organisational development advice.
