We have an exciting opportunity for a Finance Support Team Leader to join the Financial Services team. This post will operate within a newly centralised service function whilst supporting the University’s Schools and departments, to develop and implement efficient and effective financial systems and processes.

You will play a key role, working closely with the Finance Support Manager, to identify opportunities for, and implement standardised and efficient processes and procedures relating to, a range of financial transaction processing, whilst ensuring work is completed to specified standards and deadlines.

Educated to degree level or with experience of working in a similar role and 2 A-levels or equivalent, you will have excellent communication skills, experience of working in a busy office environment with financial responsibilities, and the ability to design and implement a range of processes and procedures. Alongside strong people management and IT skills, you will champion a “digital first” approach in all aspects of business operations.
