LSE is committed to building a diverse, equitable and truly inclusive university

Salary from £36,008 to £40,991 pa inclusive with potential to progress to £43,854 pa inclusive of London allowance

The Extended Education team at LSE leads some of the School’s most exciting and high-impact initiatives. This is a unique dual role that offers a rare chance to combine executive-level support with hands-on project experience at the heart of a major institutional transformation.

You will split your time between acting as Executive Assistant to the Director and Associate Director of Extended Education and providing Project Officer support to the Transformation Programme. Whether you are managing a senior diary or tracking a complex project plan, no two days will be the same.

Candidates should have:

  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to produce clear reports, memos, and minutes.
  • Experience supporting project delivery, including maintaining project plans and tracking progress.
  • Ability to work with discretion and maintain confidentiality when supporting senior staff.

The role offers an excellent opportunity to work at the heart of a major institutional change programme and gain experience in strategic project activity.

We offer an occupational pension scheme, generous annual leave, and excellent training and development opportunities.

This role is primarily based on the LSE campus with some remote working available, dependent on role demand.
