The Faculty of History wishes to recruit an Undergraduate Teaching Co-ordinator. Working closely with the Deputy Faculty Manager (Undergraduates) and Director of Undergraduate Studies the postholder will help to ensure the smooth running and planning of undergraduate teaching. The postholder will be involved in onboarding new members of the undergraduate team, and will supervise the Grade 3 Administrative Assistant and Enquiries Office Assistant.
We are looking for a flexible, resourceful individual who has excellent communication skills and meticulous attention to detail. Recent experience in a fast-paced administrative role and experience of course administration is essential.
You will be organised and be able to prioritise your own workload, manage tight deadlines, and work independently using your own initiative, but you will know when to refer matters to others. We are looking for someone who will be able to contribute actively as a member of a team, and will build positive working relationships within the Department and University.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an individual with excellent administrative experience to develop new skills in a varied and busy position and to excel in this important role.
