The Role:
We are seeking an experienced HR professional to join our HR Policy and Strategic Projects Team. Reporting to the Industrial Relations Manager, you will be responsible for conducting operational collective consultation activities and support the development and review of HR policy through data gathering, analysis, and research. You will play a critical role in maintaining compliance with employment legislation, ensuring transparency, and delivering high-quality communication to diverse stakeholders. Building strong working relationships across the University and with trade unions is essential.
