The Role:

We are seeking an experienced HR professional to join our HR Policy and Strategic Projects Team. Reporting to the Industrial Relations Manager, you will be responsible for conducting operational collective consultation activities and support the development and review of HR policy through data gathering, analysis, and research. You will play a critical role in maintaining compliance with employment legislation, ensuring transparency, and delivering high-quality communication to diverse stakeholders. Building strong working relationships across the University and with trade unions is essential.

About You:

To succeed in this role, you will bring:

  • Experience in a generalist or specialist HR environment, with practical knowledge of employment law;
  • Proven ability to influence and advise while building strong working relationships;
  • Strong research and analytical skills, with the ability to present data clearly;
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills.
