About the role
As a Biosciences Teaching technician, you will work as part of a small team contributing to the provision of technical support services to the teaching laboratories and practical teaching activities within the school.
The role is responsible for the general upkeep of the teaching laboratory lab spaces, the preparation of the resources and equipment required to safely deliver practical teaching. This includes the preparation of non-commercially available reagents, set up and use of apparatus and relevant organisational and administrative tasks.

We are looking to appoint a highly motivated, hard-working person to join a small team of technicians supporting multiple biosciences teaching laboratories and field activities in the School of Life Sciences.
You will have the proven skills to manage your own workload, meet deadlines and work with precision and accuracy to deliver the service required.
