About the Role
The School of Environment and Society are pleased to announce that we are seeking an exceptional individual to take up the role of Communications Officer.
The postholder is responsible for creation and delivery of the school communication strategy and communications to both internal and external audiences through all communication channels.
About You
As the Communications Officer you will work with the Head of School and the School Strategic Manager and the Faculty Communications Manager to create and deliver the school communications strategy. The post holder will work across the three academic departments of History, Geography and Politics and International Relations supporting in internal and external communications.

The School of Environment and Society at Queen Mary University of London is made up of three academic departments, History, Geography and International Relations departments. The School has been newly formed and has circa 150 academic staff. It is home to a highly diverse cohort of students and offers a broad-ranging and methodologically plural curriculum in all three academic departments.
