Location: College Lane Campus, Hatfield
Main duties and responsibilities
We are looking for a motivated and proactive individual who will provide support with administrative activities for courses and our students administered by the University’s Innovation Hub team. Duties may include tasks such as the following: responding to requests from students and external organisations, entering students’ marks, taking and preparing minutes, managing the team’s shared mailbox in Outlook, uploading documents to students’ records and responding to calls from students and staff.
This is an interesting and varied position which will provide you with an opportunity to enhance your administrative experience, with appropriate training and support from our friendly team.
Skill and experience required
You will have an excellent methodical approach and attention to detail and have the ability to collect, process and present data. You will also need good organization and communication skills, the ability to use initiative and have the ability to learn new skills. You will be flexible and adaptable to team requirements.
Qualifications required
You will be educated with 5 GCSEs including Mathematics and English at grade C/4 or above, or equivalent qualifications, or proven professional work experience
