About the role

You will be interacting with visitors within the museums galleries, with varied working patterns and positions across multiple locations. Some lone working and manual handling is also involved. A key aspect of this role is using product knowledge to inspire our customers and maximising sale opportunities and encouraging visitor giving (donations).

You will be alert and mindful of the irreplaceable value of our collection and you will work to ensure no items or people come to harm. Interest in working in a visitor-focused heritage environment, as well as working knowledge of another language, is desirable.
