This is an exciting opportunity for an individual with substantial experience of complaint and misconduct case management within the HE sector. You will be an integral member of the Secretary’s Division reporting directly to the School Secretary and managing the Student Complaints and Misconduct Team.
Essential skills include: An ability to maintain a high level of customer service; liaise effectively with a range of students and staff;, able to provide clear and accurate advice of relevance to the circumstances with empathy and contextual understanding, experience in delivering recommendations, guidance, policy papers or reports to internal or external staff, students and agencies. and excellent listening and investigatory skills with a strong recognition of the sensitivities relevant to the circumstances of students including having some cultural awareness and an understanding of the lives of different students.
