This is an exciting opportunity for an individual with substantial experience of complaint and misconduct case management within the HE sector. You will be an integral member of the Secretary’s Division reporting directly to the School Secretary and managing the Student Complaints and Misconduct Team.
Essential skills include: Willing to play an active leadership role in a high performing team to maintain a consistently high level of customer service; excellent listening and investigatory skills and a strong recognition of the sensitivities relevant to the circumstances of students, including having some cultural awareness and an understanding of the lives of different students; able to provide clear and accurate advice of relevance to the circumstances with empathy and contextual understanding; and confidently undertake risk assessments and implement risk mitigation.
